Maddie Cao is a Licensed Esthetician and Founder of Radiant Skin Aesthetics (RSA). After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration, she pursued a career in the skin care industry.

In 2021, she graduated from the renowned San Francisco Cinta Aveda Institute and joined a luxury spa in downtown Burlingame, California. During her time there, she honed her skills in the business and enhanced her qualifications by gaining a proficiency in Glo2Facial oxygenation treatments, plus additional certifications in HydraFacial and Dermaplaning. This prepared her to establish Radiant Skin Aesthetics.

Maddie is passionate about helping clients of all ages realize their skin's highest and most radiant potential. Furthermore, she understands how acne can cause debilitating self-consciousness. Maddie can relate first hand as she has experienced it since her early teens.

She offers customized, results-driven treatments that will leave her clients feeling comfortable and confident in their newly refreshed and glowing skin.
